Chesapeake Home Improvements was a pleasure to work with. Owner Dave was very professional throughout the project and we appreciated how he and his wife Dawn communicated with us each step of the way and worked with us to get a certain look that we were shooting for. Once we approved the estimate (which we felt was very fair) the team was here ready to go within a week. The builders Dave and Aaron are talented and experienced and worked through many days of rain to deliver the job to us in time for the spring and summer days. Previously Dave and his crew constructed a wonderful four season room off our bedroom. Their work is exceptional. Attention paid to every detail. Clean-up was amazing. Cost overall very competitive and it is the workmanship that makes this contractor exceptional. Five star performance. This fall Dave replaced 22 windows and three doors in our home that were about 30 years old and showing their wear. The new windows and doors are beautiful, very energy efficient, and the cost was reasonable - much better than the estimates from a number of national companies and for a product that I believe is far superior. Again - great crew, exceptional installation. Another 5 star performance!
The workmanship is wonderful and the workers were great. They arrived on-time and stayed/worked through the whole day. When the job was completed, they did a great job in cleaning up-its as if they weren't even there. Thanks, guys!!
